At Conservas Almanaque we want our clients to be able to savor and taste the wonders that the Navarra garden offers us at any time of the year. To do this, we select the best fruits at their optimum moment of maturity.
Choosing the fruit at the exact point is the key to achieving a complete product, both in terms of quality, since it has all its nutrients to the maximum, as well as palatability, since it is the moment when it has the greatest flavor and aroma.
Our main objective has always been to choose local products, betting on local products. and closeness, for elaborate them in a traditional way, as we would do it at home. To do this, we treat with the utmost care and we pamper the raw material, contributing in each part of the process a little bit of each one of us: from the moment it is collected until it arrives at our facilities, then going through the process of washing, chopping, cooking, dulling, closing, sterilization, labeling and finally, stored until delivery.
